This information is held securely using password protected computers. Any hard copy personal data is held in locked cabinets.
It is important that all information we hold is accurate and up to date. To this end, Robert H Crawford & Son will contact customers every 3 years to confirm/update the information held.

We collect information about you to enable us to process orders and services you request and to manage your account. HOW LONG WILL WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
There are various lengths of time that data is kept for due to our legal and regulatory obligations. You have the right to be forgotten within our database as long as there is not an over-riding legitimate business need.
Unless we explain otherwise to you, we will hold your personal information based on the following retention periods:
Financial records – 7 years
Credit reports and warning notices – 6 years
Related company accounts to agreements – 6 years
WHEN WE MAY SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We will request your positive consent to notify you of events and services that Robert H Crawford & Son are involved with, but being organised by a third party. An example of this would be a product launch by a supplier. Before any information is shared with such a third party, Robert H Crawford & Son will ensure that they are also fully GDPR compliant.
